Cancellation & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 Hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 12 Hours from the date you received the goods, and services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered or booked our services.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the Refund/cancellation rquest. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Eligibility for Cancellations or Refunds:
- The service was booked within the last 12 hours.
- The service has not yet been initiated, delivered, or partially utilized.
Services Not Eligible for Cancellation or Refund:
- Services that have been customized, tailored, or planned specifically according to your requirements.
- Services that, by nature, cannot be cancelled once commenced (e.g., guided tours, event arrangements, consultancy sessions already delivered).
- Services scheduled for a specific date or time where the scheduled time has already passed.
- Services involving perishable arrangements (e.g., catering, fresh floral arrangements) where preparation has already begun.
- Services involving health, safety, or hygiene-related activities that cannot be reversed once started.
- Services that have been bundled or combined with other services in such a way that they cannot be separated after initiation.
Cancellation Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:
The request is made by an unregistered individual or someone not listed as the booking contact.
The request is made beyond the allowed time frame mentioned above.
The request is not submitted through our official communication channels (email, contact form, or registered phone number).
Best Adventure Travels
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
